If this happens to you, notify us of any changes as soon as possible. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged from transit please take photos of the packaging and glasses so we can get your order replaced ASAP. Reach out to support@oakwoodspecs.com
GST is included for all our products on our website for Australian customers.
All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer outside of Australia and are not included in the cost of the order. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post's eParcel service. Updates on your order status will be sent to your nominated email at the time of checkout. These updates occur when your order is in transit.
