If for any reason you wish to return your order, we will promptly issue a refund or exchange of frame. When returning your item it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase or an order number attached inside.

Exchanges-
If you need to exchange your order, we require an order number to do so. Please attach a note inside outlining which pair you wish to exchange for and your return details.

Transit Damage-

If your order arrives damaged from transit please take photos of the packaging and glasses so we can get your order replaced ASAP.

Refunds-
Once your order is received and inspected, you will receive email confirmation of your refund a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Sale items can only be exchanged for another product of the same value. 
Late or missing refunds-
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
